<p>Chopping board with variable tilt and integral waste collector. The invention is constituted from a chopping board of the type used for cutting foods - vegetables, meats or fish - the base of which incorporates projections to which mouldings made from rubber or other materials of similar characteristics can be coupled in order to provide the chopping board with the required inclination. Each of the longitudinal sides thereof has channels along which run the liquid and juices from the cut foods and, at the lower end, there is a receptacle affixed to the chopping board by hooks or other fastening means with a view to collecting the waste - solid and liquid - originating from the cutting of vegetables, fruit, meat or fish.</p> |
