<p>The present invention relates to a method of a handover and an apparatus for same in a communication system in which an LTE macro base station, an LTE femto base station and a macro base station in a heterogeneous network other than an LTE network interact with each other and service areas thereof overlap each other. The method includes the steps of: the LTE macro base station receiving a measurement report message from a connected mobile terminal, the LTE macro base station confirming that an identification code of the LTE femto base station is included in the measurement report message; and the LTE macro base station handing the mobile terminal over to the macro base station in the heterogeneous network.</p>
