<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition solving such a problem that the polyurethane foam produced by using the conventional polyol is unsatisfactory in mechanical properties and moisture resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The polyol composition (PL) for producing polyurethane foam contains a polyol (A) and a compound (B) having a cyclic structure in a main chain thereof. A method for producing polyurethane foam comprises a step of reacting a polyol component with an isocyanate component.
