<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproofing curtain which does not interfere the appearance as an interior, does not need a large-scale installation, is excellent in soundproof performances, has no possibility of breaking curtain hooks even when cloth with a heavy weight is used, and is durable. <P>SOLUTION: The soundproofing performances of soundproofing curtains 1 can be improved by attaching strips of soundproofing protective cloth 3 on the upper part and the lower part of the curtain consisting of a fabric with the soundproofing performances so that they reach a curtain rail and a floor, and by connecting in the width direction the curtains consisting of the cloth with soundproofing performances with airtight fasteners 5 when a plurality of the soundproofing curtains 1 are used in a horizontal arrangement.
