<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray-detecting adhesive plaster having high detection sensitivity not only to an X-ray detector but also to a metal detector, and not impairing elasticity of the adhesive plaster, and to provide a method for producing the X-ray-detecting adhesive plaster. <P>SOLUTION: This X-ray-detecting adhesive plaster includes: an adhesive protective member including a base material and an adhesive layer; and an absorbing member formed by sequentially layering a metal foil including a hot melt adhesive layer, a long object where an X-ray-detecting material is overall or partially covered by a covering object, and an absorbent pad, in a prescribed part on the adhesive protective member, from below.
