摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating material capable of being mounted even in a narrow and small space. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a vacuum insulation panel 10 is provided. The heat insulating material is obtained by inserting a core material 11 comprising one of a sheet-like polyethylene terephthalate non-woven fabric, polypropylene non-woven fabric, and acrylic non-woven fabric or a sheet-like glass fiber subjected to sheet forming and a moisture absorption material 12 in which calcium chloride is carried by a carrier comprising natural pulp formed in a sheet shape into a barrier film 13, and by performing vacuum sealing. By performing the vacuum sealing by inserting the moisture absorption material 12 having a sheet-like structure in which the calcium chloride is carried by the carrier comprising the natural pulp formed in a sheet shape, together with the core material 11, into the barrier film 13, vacuum degree stability with the lapse of time inside the heat insulating material is secured by efficiently adsorbing moisture contained in the core material 11. Accordingly, thinness and smallness are held. The vacuum insulation panel 10 capable of being mounted even in a narrow and small space is thereby provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
