<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a cooling structure for an EGR valve in which the EGR valve is directly connected to an engine, and a cooling liquid is introduced from a water jacket for cooling, there is a risk that the cooling liquid is frozen, causing stress to a cooling liquid path in the EGR valve, and the cooling liquid path may be damaged. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling structure for the EGR valve in which the cooling liquid supplied from the water jacket of the engine is provided, wherein an outer wall of the water jacket is formed with a cooling liquid feeding path for introducing the cooling liquid to the outside and a cooling liquid return path, at least one of the cooling liquid feeding path and the cooling liquid return path is provided on an outer wall on an upper surface of the water jacket, the EGR valve has a cooling liquid introduction port connected to the cooling liquid feeding path and a cooling liquid path having a cooling liquid discharge port connected to the cooling liquid return path inside, and the cooling liquid path is disposed in a gravity upper direction than the cooling liquid introduction port and the cooling liquid discharge port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
