<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image difference detection device and an image difference detection program capable of detecting an intended differential image even when displacement occurs between images with which a differential image is detected. <P>SOLUTION: The image difference detection device 10 for detecting a difference between images picked up by imaging means includes image difference calculation means 32 for detecting a differential image between first and second images which have been picked up at different times by shifting either the first or the second image, image difference evaluation means 33 for outputting a differential image having the smallest difference between the first and second images among the differential images between the first and second images and image synthesizing means 34 for outputting an image synthesized from the differential image having the smallest difference between the first and the second images and the first or second image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
