摘要 <p>The method involves irradiating excitation light beam (16) on fluorescent layer (30) arranged on a magnetic structure (26) so that fluorescent layer in excitation region (18) is excited to fluorescence. The excitation region is excited with a stimulation light beam (22) so that the fluorescence outside a residual range (40) is reduced by stimulated emission. The polarization rotation of fluorescent light (38) is measured from the residual range, and the magnetization of the magnetic structure in residual range is determined from polarization rotation. An independent claim is included for device for spatially resolved measurement of magnetization of magnetic structure.</p>
