<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle display device that contributes to evade standstill on an uphill road of a vehicle that travels by electric power charged in a battery. <P>SOLUTION: The display control part of the vehicle display device obtains the traveling possible cruising distance of the vehicle with the present remaining capacity of the battery, and the uphill possible remaining capacity that shows the minimum remaining capacity of the battery that enables the vehicle to start at an uphill road of the gradient set beforehand. In the graph image 50 displayed in the liquid crystal display 20 connected with the display control part, a correlation line 55 that shows the correlation of the present remaining capacity and the cruising possible distance and the uphill remaining capacity instruction line 63 that shows the uphill possible remaining capacity. The above graph image 50 can inform the driver of the cruising possible distance of the present vehicle and the cruising possible distance with the uphill possible remaining capacity.
