<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an L-type grip holder with a bit holder capable of easily changing a plurality of bits, high in screwing and handling performance, and executing sure screwing by a force applied during screwing. <P>SOLUTION: The L-type grip holder 100 with the bit holder includes the bit holder 1 for inserting and holding a plurality of bits 4, and an L-type handle 2 housed and held at the tip side of an L-type passage to be combined therewith. Desired bits 4 are held in a retention hole of the L-type handle 2. Screwing is carried out by manually gripping the slide stop of a second shaft 2b.
