<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid and a solenoid valve which can obtain large thrust by a simple structure in an actuation initial state. <P>SOLUTION: A plunger 11 has a plunger projecting portion 11a opposed to a core 12. The core 12 has a core projecting portion 12c opposed to the plunger 11. The plunger 11 is formed with a core accommodation portion 11b in which the core projecting portion 12c is accommodated during the energization of an electromagnetic coil 13. The core 12 is formed with a plunger accommodation portion 12d in which the plunger projecting portion 11a is accommodated during the energization of the electromagnetic coil 13. A tip end 11a1 of the plunger projecting portion 11a and a tip end 12c1 of the core projecting portion 12 are formed to have acute angles in a cross-sectional view in an axial direction G. When the electromagnetic coil 13 is not energized, of each part of the core 12 and the plunger 11, the tip end 11a1 of the plunger projecting portion 11a and the tip end 12c1 of the core projecting portion 12c are parts coming closest in the axial direction G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
