<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid using a wrong imaging plate in an X-ray diffraction measurement device. <P>SOLUTION: A controller CT records a diffraction ring due to an X-ray diffracted by a measuring object and irradiates an imaging plate 28, in which the diffraction ring is recorded, with a laser beam to measure the diffraction ring. Identification data including a manufacturing date is recorded in a new imaging plate 28 by an X-ray. After replacement to the new imaging plate 28, the identification data is read and then the identification data is deleted from the imaging plate 28. Thereby, when an identification code cannot be read after replacement to the new imaging plate 28, the controller CT determines that a used imaging plate 28 is set. Meanwhile, the controller CT determines setting of an imaging plate 28 of which usable period has expired by using the manufacturing date. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
