摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of realizing a data center advantageous in various aspects such as construction, operation, and using cost, with respect to a conventional data center. <P>SOLUTION: A system 100 is configured of a network to which a plurality of autonomous microcells C are connected by a short distance communication method. Each cell C includes a control section, a short distance communication device section, an autonomous power supply device section, and a service section for providing service processing. The control section includes an information management part, a multiplexing part, a state detection part, and the like. The state detection part detects/predicts a predetermined unfavorable state of an own cell or a near cell among the cells using observation means including the short distance communication. The control section executes processing among the cells according to the predetermined state, for example, transferring the service processing of the cell to another cell using the multiplexing part, and processing for copying the data of the service processing to another cell.
