The present application discloses a compound of formula (I) or (II): wherein X is gamma-emitting radionuclide. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of formula (I), the compound of formula (II), or a mixture thereof, and a physiologically acceptable vehicle and a method of imaging a region in a patient, which includes administering to the patient a diagnostically effective amount of the pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of formula (I), the compound of formula (II), or a mixture thereof.
