<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain stable combustion heating by improving a flame holding property. <P>SOLUTION: A combustion heater 100 includes: a heating plate 118; an arrangement plate 120 disposed oppositely to the heating plate; an outer circumferential wall 122 disposed along the outer circumference of the heating plate and arrangement plate, the arrangement plate surrounding a space with the heating plate and arrangement plate; a partition plate 124 disposed between the heating plate and the arrangement plate; a combustion chamber 126 disposed in the space surrounded by the heating plate, arrangement plate and outer circumferential wall; an inlet path 128 continued to the combustion chamber with the arrangement plate and partition plate being used as side walls, the inlet path introducing fuel gas; an outlet path 130 continued to the combustion chamber with the heating plate and partition plate being used as side walls, the outlet path introducing exhaust gas from the combustion chamber to the outside of the combustion heater and preheating the fuel gas by the heat of the exhaust gas through the partition plate; and a projection portion 152 which narrows the flow passage of fuel gas at a position where the inlet path is continued to the combustion chamber. The projection portion has a gradual reduction portion 156 in which the thickness is gradually reduced in the flow direction of fuel gas from the inlet path to the combustion chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
