PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably offer privilege information to advertisement viewers.

SOLUTION: A privilege offering system offers privilege information on an advertisement to viewers of the advertisement displayed in a public place. The privilege offering system includes: storage means (102) for storing the privilege information on the advertisement along with a display place and a display time of the advertisement; acquiring means (103) for acquiring usage history information on the public place that the viewer possesses; extraction means (104) for extracting the privilege information corresponding to the acquired usage history information from the storage means; and output means (105) for outputting the extracted privilege information.
