The box consists of heat and sound-insulated plastics, and is for precise connection of gas and water pipes to appliances etc. The box has an upper and a lower section (B2,B1). The underside (b2) of the upper section is adapted in shape to the surface contour (b1) of the lower section and the pipes (Z2), fittings and/or sockets contained in it. Precise connection and relative fixing of the two sections locates at least the pipes. The pipes are held in channels (k2) in the lower section with a free space above the pipes. The upper section has projections (4), which fit into the free channel profile (3) and thereby lock the pipes in position.
