<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new co-crystal capable of adjusting the speed of elution of agomelatine being an active component, to provide a method for adjusting the co-crystal and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing the co-crystal. <P>SOLUTION: The co-crystal is prepared by mixing agomelatine and an organic acid: from a solution made by dissolving the agomelatine represented by the formula (I) and an organic acid selected from para-hydroxy benzoic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, gallic acid, maleic acid, malonic acid, glutaric acid, glycolic acid or ketoglutaric acid, and an organic solvent, or a water-organic solvent; or without solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
