<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning cap of a floor panel laid on the veranda or balcony of a condominium, a building, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: Floor panels P are lengthwise and crosswise laid, four corner parts Pa of adjacent four floor panels are received and held by a circular fulcrum 10a of a raising leg 10, and four ruler parts 3 are provided projectingly on a circular back plate part 2 of a floor panel positioning cap 1. The corner parts are supported on four seating faces 2a defined by the ruler parts, and each corner part is put into a corner part relief gap formed between inner ends of the ruler parts. The side face of the corner part is regulated by the side face of each ruler part, and the circular back plate part is stacked on the circular fulcrum of the raising leg to be slidably movable in the radial direction and is fitted on the circular fulcrum of the raising leg by a downward flange part 5 downward extending from the peripheral edge of the circular back plate part, with a joint gap 11 existing between the fulcrum and the flange.
