<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition structure of a building, capable of suppressing deterioration in air-conditioning efficiency in habitable room spaces. <P>SOLUTION: A Japanese-style room 14, a living/dining/kitchen (LDK) space 20, a stair space 18 where a stair 19 communicating with a second floor section, etc. are provided in a first floor section of a building 10. The stair space 18 is provided to be adjacent to the LDK space 20, and a stair opening 23 enabling a person to access the stair space 18 from the LDK space 20 is formed in a part of an enclosure wall enclosing the stair space 18. A lattice partition structure 30 formed by assembling a plurality of muntins 31 into a lattice-like shape is provided in the first floor section, and the lattice partition structure 30 is movable between a first partition position for partitioning the LDK space 20 and the Japanese-style room 14 and a second partition position for partitioning the LDK space 20 and the stair space 18. The lattice partition structure 30 can be changed over to a gap closing state where a gap is closed by the adjacent muntins 31 being abutted on each other and a gap opening state where the gap is opened by the adjacent muntins 31 being separated from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
