According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a touch screen panel having an ESD (electrostatic discharge) function, including: a touch panel (50) which includes a predetermined sensor pattern (10) formed to sense approach of or contact by a part of a human body or a conductive touch means, and is partitioned into a plurality of individual regions by a boundary part; and a plurality of touch drive ICs (7a and 7b) which are signal-connected by a sensor signal line (22) according to each individual region of the touch panel (50) to receive sensed touch signals, and have a discharging path to be connected to a ground or a predetermined electric potential, wherein: the respective touch drive ICs (7a and 7b) are signal-connected to each other by a synchronization signal line (17), through which a synchronization signal for synchronizing a scanning time with a scanning point and a feedback signal to the synchronization signal are transmitted, and by a touch signal line (15) through which a sensed touch signal is transmitted; and the synchronization signal line (17) and touch signal line (15) are disposed around a circumference corresponding to an inflow time of static electricity introduced on the touch panel (50) to absorb static electricity inflowing from an exterior and to discharge the absorbed static electricity through the discharging path. |
