The train has an axial movable inner element (5) extending into a hole (4) of a housing (2). A coupling unit (8) is assigned with a switchable support element (1) for optionally coupling the inner element with the housing. The support element has a stacked structure consisting of a component with the housing. Another component comprises a helical compression spring (10) i.e. lost motion spring, extending axially below the former component in the housing. The spring includes an end acting against a bottom (9) of the inner element, and another end acting against a bottom (11) of a retainer (3). The components are made of thin-walled steel sheet.
