摘要 PURPOSE: A lamination sheet for the automobile upholstery material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance cubic material effects and to manufacture lamination sheets capable of being realized with a height of about 30μm, with excellent adhesive force with a hardcoating layer and capable of expressing delicate patterns and excellent embossing texture by forming a UV cure type ink layer with a printing method of a ink-jet method. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a lamination sheet for the automobile upholstery material treats a metallic ink processing and a surface hard coating on an ABS sheet, and forms an UV cure type ink layer having a protrusion part and a non-projecting part by using the ink-jet method for the surface of the hardcoating layer. The UV cure type ink layer is formed of a coating solution including acryl type monomer, acryl class oligomer, and photoinitiator and pigment. The manufacturing method of a lamination sheet for the automobile upholstery material includes following steps: (a) a step forming the hardcoating layer on a carrier film; (b) a step forming a metallic ink layer on the hardcoating layer; (c) a step forming a glue layer on the metallic ink layer; (d) a step of sticking the ABS sheet to the glue layer; (e) a step removing the carrier film; and (f) a step forming the UV cure type ink layer in the surface of the hardcoating layer exposed by the removal of the carrier film. The UV cure type ink layer is printed with the ink-jet method. The lamination sheet for the automobile upholstery material includes is the ABS sheet(110); the glue layer(120) laminated on the ABS sheet; the metallic ink layer(130) laminated on the glue layer; the hardcoating layer(140) laminated on the metallic ink layer; the UV cure type ink layer(150) laminated on the hardcoating layer. The UV cure type ink layer is printed in the ink-jet method and has the protrusion part and the non-projecting part.
