PURPOSE: An oral solid formulation containing choline alfoscerate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve stability to moisture, temperature, and light and to enable long-term storage. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprises: a drug part containing choline alfoscerate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a coating part which is formed at the outside of the drug part and contains a water soluble polymer; and pharmaceutically acceptable additives. The choline alfoscerate is L-alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline. An oral solid formulation contains the pharmaceutical composition. The solid formulation is a tablet, a capsule, granules, or a pellet. A method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition comprises: a step of spraying a coating solution containing the water soluble polymers and preparing a drug particle; and a step of adding and mixing the pharmaceutically acceptable additives to the drug particle.
