<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of an entire mobile communication system in a mobile communication system operating method. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication system operating method performs communication between respective base stations and a mobile station in cells formed by the respective base stations by a MIMO space multiplex system. The method operates by a high level MIMO configuration which stops operation of cells having smaller communication use amounts than a reference value among a plurality of neighboring cells, and performs transmission by a plurality of antennas for cells having larger communication use amounts than the reference value among the plurality of neighboring cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
