<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling device capable of lowering an energy price or energy consumption as much as possible while keeping an impact on user's comfort within an allowable range when energy unit price information is advised. <P>SOLUTION: A controlling device 30 comprises a communication part 31, a determination part 36b, an energy calculation part 36c, and an adjustment part 36d. The communication part accepts energy unit price information based on respective time zones, and the determination part uses the unit information to determine a candidate time zone when energy adjustment control is to be executed. The energy calculation part calculates an energy adjustable amount for the case where the energy adjustment control is executed in accordance with a condition. The adjustment part executes the energy adjustment control in accordance with the condition. The energy adjustment control is easily balanced with user's comfort because the energy adjustable amount capable of keeping an impact on the user's comfort within an allowable range is calculated and the energy adjustment control is executed on the same condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
