<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce financial risk for dealings with customers. <P>SOLUTION: A sales management device calculates past sales amounts to each of customers (step S200), continues to add sales amounts to the customers whose sales amounts are high-level, categorizes the customers for each range of a predetermined percentage of the added sales amounts to total sales amounts of the customers (step S202), adds order amounts of the customers for each of categories (step S204), allocates own company's acceptable order amount to the customer on the basis of a sum of order amounts of the customer and a percentage of the order amounts in each of the categories (step S206), calculates an order acceptance limit amount for the customer by multiplying the order acceptance limit amount by a finance multiplying factor for each of the customers in each of the categories (step S208), and calculates a credit limit amount using the own company's acceptable order amount to the customer and the calculated order acceptance limit amount for the customer (step S210). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
