<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device and a radio communication method, capable of satisfying an allowable delay even in a data having a small allowable delay amount. <P>SOLUTION: A data type decision unit 101 decides whether or not a delay of a transmission data or control information is allowed. Based on pilot insertion interval information and allowable delay information, a pilot signal insertion control unit 102 determines to allocate a pilot signal to be adjacent to a data in which delay is not allowed. A multiplexer unit 106 multiplexes a coded and modulated transmission data with the pilot signal, generated in a pilot signal generator unit 105, to have allocation determined in the pilot signal insertion control unit 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
