<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a felt sheet showing excellent sound absorbing performance required for an interior material for a vehicle, by compounding a shoddy fiber material of natural fiber, polyester fiber, acryl fiber and the like, which is a recycled raw material from recovered clothing, with flame-retardant paper, and processing the compounded material with a needle-punch machine. <P>SOLUTION: A shoddy fiber material is compounded with flame-retardant paper and processed with a needle-punch machine; and the obtained material is heat treated in a drying furnace to form a felt sheet. In order to improve sound absorbing property, predetermined flame-retardant paper is used and fine pores are formed with the needle-punch machine under predetermined conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
