<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress delay of data transportation from a primary system to a secondary system due to an increase in update processing of a data base in the primary system in a dual system of the data base. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, of first processing for transmitting an update log showing update content of an update performed for a first data base to a second data base to be a copy destination of the first data base and second processing for transmitting transmission object data included in the first data base to the second data base, a control for preferentially executing the first processing is performed.
