The condenser underneath a horizontal arm (2) of the carrier and the lighting unit are fixed and axially aligned to each other on an upper side of the horizontal arm of the carrier. A vertical arm (5) of the carrier comprises an aperture (10), and a light output or input coupling element (8) is arranged in an optical illumination beam path (9) of the condenser by the aperture of the vertical arm and fixed in a receiving unit (11).
