摘要 <p>As a method for Chlamydia assay, Europium-nanoparticles and a Chlamydia antibody are conjugated using an amide bond to trigger an immune reaction to a Chlamydia antigen. Thus, the conjugate sensitively reacts to the Chlamydia antigen to detect even a small amount of Chlamydia antigen. A time -resolved fluorescence (TRF) apparatus uses TRF to detect a signal generated by Europium. Since the Europium has a relatively long emission frequency, a more sensitive and precise reaction in detecting background interference or fluorescence is obtained than a short wavelength. An object of the present invention is to provide a fluorescence reader with a simple structure which leads to a low-cost design.</p>
