Preparation of carbon nanotubes comprises synthesis of an alcohol by fermentation of at least a vegetable material; dehydratation of the alcohol, in primary reactor, a mixture of alkene and water; placing a catalyst powder at 450-850[deg] C, in a fluidized bed, in a second reactor, where the catalyst comprises at least a supported catalytic metal by inert solid substrate; contacting the alkene product with the catalyst powder in fluidized bed to form the carbon nanotubes and hydrogen by catalytic decomposition of the alkene, on the catalyst surface; and recovering the carbon nanotubes product. Preparation of carbon nanotubes comprises synthesis of an alcohol by fermentation of at least a vegetable material; dehydratation of the obtained alcohol, in primary reactor, a mixture of alkene and water; placing a catalyst powder at a temperature of 450-850[deg] C, in a fluidized bed, in a second reactor, where the catalyst comprises at least a supported catalytic metal by inert solid substrate, and the catalyst has a particle size (d50) of less than 300 mu m; contacting the alkene product with the catalyst powder in fluidized bed to form on the surface of the catalyst of the carbon nanotubes and hydrogen by catalytic decomposition of the alkene; and recovering of the carbon nanotubes product. |
