<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts management device capable of increasing productivity by instructing workers appropriate flow of parts to a production line. <P>SOLUTION: In a parts management device 10, a storage 130 stores: production scheduling information including plural production schedules and line information for identifying a parts group including plural parts used in a production schedule; line excess parts number information including information representing remaining parts which remain within the parts group identified by the line information; and parts constitution information including information representing parts to be used in production of a printed board in each production schedule. The parts management device 10 includes a line setting section 103 for establishing line information used in a new schedule by using sharing ratio between remaining parts for each line information represented by the information included in the line excess parts number information after implementing the production schedule to which the line information is established, and parts to be used represented by the information included in the parts constitution information in a new schedule which is a production schedule to which line information is not established. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
