<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting apparatus in which an unnecessary cutting operation is reduced to shorten a cutting work time, and to provide a cutting data processing apparatus, a cutting data processing program, and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting apparatus carries out: an arrangement process (step S1) where a plurality of patterns are arranged side by side so that a part of cutting lines being the cutting lines of the patterns and including a plurality of continued line segments are brought into contact with one another and are made to be adjacent to one another; an extraction process where contact parts of the cutting lines in the plurality of patterns arranged at the arrangement process are extracted; a connection process (step S2) where the cutting lines are connected to one another so that the cutting lines of the plurality of patterns are connected to one another or made common at the contact parts extracted at the extraction process; and a cutting data creation process where cutting data are created on the basis of the cutting lines of the plurality of patterns including the cutting lines connected at the connection process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
