<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard radio wave transmission system having no possibility that time information is carelessly rewritten. <P>SOLUTION: A Network Time Protocol (NTP) repeater 31 acquires time information at a standard time from a NTP server via the Internet 30, generates a time-coded time code and outputs the time code as a false signal of a standard radio wave signal. The false signal of the standard radio wave signal is converted into a frequency band in a TV community reception system in a modulator 32 and is mixed into a TV signal in a mixer 14. A demodulator 17 demodulates a TV community reception signal distributed by a distributor 16i and outputs the TV community reception signal as a false signal of the standard radio wave signal. The false signal of the standard radio wave signal is distributed by a resistance distributor 18 and the distributed false signal of the standard radio wave signal is radiated by radiation antennas 19a and 19b and a coaxial antenna 21.
