<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal board which facilitates a welding process of an electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal board 1 includes multiple bus bars 3 and a sealing member 4. Each bus bar 3 includes: a substrate part 31; welding parts 33; and fastening plate parts 34. The sealing member 4 is made of an insulation material and seals the multiple bus bars 3. The multiple welding parts 33 are arranged in a line in an interdigital manner. Then, electrode terminals 23 of a welded electronic component 21 are welded so as to overlap with the welding parts 33 in a Z direction. In the Z direction, the electrode terminals 23 of the welded electronic component 21, the welding parts 33, and a sealing body part 40 are disposed in this written order.
