The base (1) has a set of profiled elements (2-4) connected together and comprising a loading rail (5) and a connection region (9). The loading rail comprises a longitudinal groove for retaining slide rings in a length-adjustable manner. The interconnected profiled elements are positively joined together, and the loading rail is integrated into the profiled elements and spaced from the connection region. The profiled elements comprise an upper structure (6) and a lower structure (7), where the structures are spaced from each other and connected together by a strut. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a loading base.
