Methods and devices are disclosed to create models, implants, and related tools and procedures based on data derived from the existing joint. The data can be used to create model that can be used to analyze the patient's joint and to devise and evaluate a course of corrective action. The data also can be used to create patient-specific and/or patient- engineered implants and related tools and procedures.
