PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure for deck materials which makes clearances inconspicuous in the connecting parts of the deck materials in looking a terrace or a balcony with the deck materials arranged in parallel from the bottom and provides fine external appearance. SOLUTION: One side edge of a deck material 3 constituted of a flat, cylindrical, and long body is provided with an upper tongue piece 17 horizontally extended from its surface plate 31 and a support plate 12 which is horizontally extended from the bottom plate 32 via an upward step difference and has a rising piece 13 rising upward formed in its tip, and the other side edge is provided with a bottom tongue piece 11 which is reversely similar to one side edge and horizontally extended from the bottom plate 32, and a support plate 15 which is horizontally extended from its top end via a downward step difference and has a lock projection 16 projecting downward formed in its tip. The deck materials can be connected while adjusting the width by the support plate 12 having the rising pieces 11 in the both edges and the support plate 15 having lock projection 16.
