PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability on the fixing of a panel material to shape steel by holding the front end of a lip hung to a hooked pawl section by two planes and surely pressing down the front end of the lip. SOLUTION: The fixture for shape steel is used for fixing a panel material to shape steel with a lip, consists of a tabular metallic material 51, in which one main surface side is formed in a mounting surface 53, and has a loose hole 55 bored to the tabular metallic material 51 and used for fastening a bolt and a hooked pawl section 57, in which one edge of the tabular metallic material 51 in the direction of the extension of the loose hole 55 is bent to the reverse side of the mounting surface 53 and the front edge of the pawl section 57 is folded back to the mounting surface 53 side. The interior wall of the hooked pawl section 57 is composed of two planes at that time. The height H of the interior wall 53a of the hooked pawl section 57 from the mounting surface 53 is set at a value lower than the height of the lip of shape steel.
