PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the new mounting structure of a grating and a receiving frame member, in which disadvantage with screwing without adopting screwing structure can be solved at a stretch and the grating can be fixed and removed surely by single operation. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the grating and the receiving frame member consists of a fixing member 15 with a rod-shaped body 16 and locking projecting sections 17, 17, the grating 20 with a base plate 21 and a mounting section 22, to which an inserting hole 23 is formed, a clamping member 30 with a regular polyhedron body 31, an inner hole 32, an engaging section 33 and recessed groove sections 34, 34, and an elastic member 40. The engaging section is engaged elastically with the retaining projecting sections when the grating 20 is fixed, and the clamping member is pushed down and rotated and the recessed groove sections and the retaining projecting sections are conformed and inserted and the grating is extracted and removed upwards by the elasticity of the elastic member when the grating is removed at that time.
