PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide favourable results all about quality, cost, a construction period and safety without taking time for transportation and without occupying much space under a severe working condition of a small space and an upper limit in a bridge steel frame construction work in business neighboring work such as a railway and others concerning a mobile building-in machine for building a steel frame pillar in a deep foundation. SOLUTION: A pair of base pillars 2 is erected and fixed on both left and right sides of a mobile machine base 1, an elevating support 3 is inserted in each of the base pillars 3, a planer type is formed by connected top parts of the both elevating supports to each other by frame members 4, elevating jacks 5 are built in the base pillars and the elevating supports, a connecting member 6 to doubly support and receive steel frame pillars is connected to left and right base pillar upper parts, wheels 7 are installed on the machine base, an independent motor 8 for traveling is furnished on each of the wheels, and motor 13 to change directions of the wheels is installed on the machine base 1. Additionally, outriggers 9 are provided on the machine base 1, wires 10 to connect their one ends to a steel frame pillar A and their other ends to the side of the elevating jacks 5 are arranged through a plural number of pulleys 11, and a horizontal moving mechanism 12 of the steel frame pillars is provided on a flat surface of the frame member.
