PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, easily execute maintenance work such as exchanging, inspecting, and repairing a feed and a drain pipe unit provided in a water use area and to prevent water leakage from the area to a skeleton in a building providing reversed beams on the upper faces of slabs partitioning respective floors of the building. SOLUTION: A water service piping unit US formed by connecting a plurality of feed piping 20 by joints J and a drain piping unit UD formed by connecting a plurality of drain pipings 23 by joints J are detachably provided respectively in a water use area SA surrounded by reversed beams 1, 2. The feed port and the drain port of the units US, UD are connected to the water use facilities and devices.
