PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an exterior wall simply on a beam surely without welding works. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the exterior wall in the balcony is composed of a reinforcing column 2 fixed onto the upper flange 1b of a beam 1, an exterior-wall lower mounting member 3 fastened onto the lower flange 1a of the beam 1, an interior- wall upper mounting member 4 fixed onto the reinforcing column 2, an exterior-wall panel 5 and an interior-wall panel 7 disposed to the reinforcing column 2, a plurality of exterior-wall metal fittings 6 fastened onto the exterior-wall panel 5, and a plurality of interior-wall metal fittings 8 settled onto the interior-wall panel 7. The reinforcing column 2 at least has a support 21, an exterior-wall upper mounting member 22 and an interior-wall lower mounting member 23 at that time, the exterior-wall panel 5 is supported to the exterior-wall lower mounting member 3, the exterior-wall panel 5 is bolted to the exterior-wall lower mounting member 3 and the exterior-wall upper mounting member 22 through the exterior-wall metal fittings 6, the interior-wall panel 7 is borne to the interior-wall lower mounting member 23, and the interior-wall panel 7 is bolted to the interior-wall lower mounting member 23 and the interior-wall upper mounting member 4 through the interior-wall metal fittings 8.
