The housing cover (1) and the sealing and noise neutralizing element (8) are formed as a one-piece component. In the area of the fixing points the molten elastomer material for this element is injected and rigidly connected to the edge region of bores (9) in the cover's flange (2). The elastomer material is injected through openings around the bores in the flange. The bores in the cover flange may be stepped, and the upper side of the injected area of the sealing element forms a flat surface with the upper side of the cover's flange.
