PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of xenogeneic bone originated bone graft substitute is provided to manufacture a xenogeneic bone originated bone graft substitute comprising pure hydroxyapatite with the excellent biocompatibility, cell adhesive ability and osteoconductivity by completely removing protein and fat from the xenogeneic bone. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of xenogeneic bone originated bone graft substitute comprises the following steps:(i) step of cutting xenogeneic bone;(b) step of removing the blood component of the xenogeneic bone;(c) step of first removing fat and protein from the xenogeneic bone;(d) step of second removing fat and protein from the xenogeneic bone using an organic solvent;(e) step of removing the organic solvent;(f) step of processing the xenogeneic bone with sodium hypochlorite solution;(g) step of removing sodium hypochlorite solution;(h) step of completely removing the lipid and protein by heat-treating the xenogeneic bone;(i) step of cutting the xenogeneic bone in a block form; and(j) step of adding a bioactive substance to the xenogeneic bone. |
