A double walled container has an outer wall made of resin coated fabric enclosing a smaller plastic sheet that ensures the container is fluid tight. An Independent claim is included for the manufacture of a container as above by coating a fabric onto a surface, covering it with the plastic sheet, placing a removable core on the sheet and then folding the fabric to enclose the sheet. Preferred Features: The plastic of the sheet becomes embedded in the fabric. The resin coated fabric does not contact the container contents.
