PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high concentrated essential amino acids is provided in which, high concentrated essential amino acids, nutrients, and natural organic acids are obtained from pine tree, especially, pine needles and young stems, at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: 1) washing 75kg of Pine needles and 25kg of young stems (less than 3 years) in fresh water; 2) Pressing them at high pressure to obtain 32.5kg of sap and 64.42kg of cellulose; 3) projecting the obtained sap into a distillation apparatus and heating at 97-100°C, and 4) collecting a colorless and transparent distillate from steam by cooling system. The distillate includes 8 sorts of high concentrated essential amino acids(isoleucine, leucine, lysine, L-methionine, D-phenylalanine, tryptophane, L-valine, and L-threonine) and many sorts of nutrients such as vegetable protein or vitamin A, and natural organic acids.
